Baby's First Circus. Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus has a program called Baby's First Circus that offers a free circus ticket to all children up to 12 months old and living in the United States. Once you sign up for the program you are able to print out an online voucher that can be exchanged for a free ticket good for any performance with no expiration date. You are also able to download a personalized baby certificate for your child. The program is limited to one child per household, but parents of multiples are allowed to get a voucher for each child.
If you or someone you know is an Asian immigrant, Microsoft has a program that offers free or low cost technical training called Elevate America. In Georgia, the program is administered by the Asian American Service Agency and provides 20 weeks of skill training and an additional 6 weeks of job placement assistance.
